Excellent location - very close to Notre Dame and the Saint Michel Metro station and RER B line which goes to the airport. This made the arrival nice and easy. There are lots of places to eat close by including a bakery next door. There is a handy supermarket if you follow the Rue de la harpe to the other end where you can buy cheap bottles of water and fresh fruit among other things. Very comfortable room. - I booked a single room as a lone traveller and was pleased to have a small double bed. I thought the room was a good size for my needs. The large window could be opened for a cool breeze which was nice but the room also had Air con. There wasnt a balcony or a view from my room but the room was bright and airy. The room had a mini fridge, safe, ensuite with bath and shower and air con The hotel offered breakfast which included a good choice of scrambled egg and bacon, pastries, toast coffee juice and cereals in a pleasant breakfast room. The staff were very friendly and the room was spotless I slept really well on both nights. The bed was just right- not too soft and not too firm. The hotel has 6 floors and has an elevator. At the end of my stay they stored by bag after check out for me until i was due to get to the airport.

We chose this hotel because we didn't want to waste time in public transports when visiting Paris. This is the heart of Quartier Latin, Notre Dame is basically behind the hotel. It is possible to walk to most iconic places or take a bus which is better than the tube , because when you are underground in the metro , you don't see much. If you take the tube to some places, chances are it will be a short ride and a direct line. The manager is super nice ! She went beyond our expectations. Equally , the night time staff was super helpful at the desk. The breakfast is very good , you can have a healthy choice ( There were tomatoes and cucumbers among other things, for vegans , the wholesome bread was especially good too !) and the usual French pastries of course ! I really loved how in the morning we could enjoy the quiet streets of Paris . This is an address I will keep, this is exactly what we needed to experience Paris.

Was in a single room..it was small, but not too small...even tho I was traveling solo, it would work well for a couple. Bathroom was convenient and everything worked quite well. Coffee/tea service very good. Nice large window I could open and close as I pleased. Elevator, which is essential for me..about 4 small stairs to reach it. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Very helpful reception staff. THE LOCATION IS PERFECT !! walkable to everything..about 3 blocks to Notre Dame, one more block to St Chapelle, restaurant practically next door. Easy walk to the Louvre, Luxembourg gardens, a few blocks to the Cluny museum, etc. Lots of nearby shops, including Monoprix, Normal, gelato, patisseries and places to eat.

The location is the best reason to stay here, few minutes walk to popular bookstores Shakespeare and Company and Abbey Books. Notredame Cathedral is just around the corner and now that it has reopened you can visit. The metro/train station is just 2 minutes walk away and has a direct RER line to Versailles. So I spent a day visiting Versailles Palace, and when I was back in Paris I was able to check Notredame Cathedral in the evening as it was open until 8pm. On another day I walked over to visit the Louvre Museum just across the bridge. If you don't mind walking there are the Paris highlights within walking distance. But the metro is also very convenient to use to get to places too.
